Brian teaches all of our Viking Yoga, his own brand of adventurous yoga. Each class is accessible to all levels of yoga student, from beginner to advanced.
Private yoga sessions taught by Brian Gansereit in our Overland Park yoga studio are specialized for the individual student, combining asanas and breath work in our Viking Vinyasa, Viking Power Yoga and Restorative styles. Each session is designed with personalized goals in mind.
