What if I am late to class?

Late entry to virtual classes is not possible but we will not charge you if you miss class.

Do class passes and personal sessions expire?

Short answer, NO. We do not believe in playing games. While not refundable your class passes and personal training and private yoga sessions do not expire for our Overland Park Kansas studio.

What do I need to bring to yoga?

A quality yoga mat and some water. If you need help choosing a yoga mat please contact us.

Should I combine both Strength Training and Yoga?

Yes, absolutely! Every body will be different and calls for a unique mix of training, but we believe the balance of these two practices will allow you to become your best version of yourself.

What is the "Viking" in Viking Yoga?

At its core the essence of Viking Vinyasa is based on Brian's lineage and love of the positive aspects of Viking culture, such as the adventurous spirit, tribal unity and warrior culture. To add to the spirit of the class we include Viking music to the classes and try to make each one an adventure.

Is my price locked in for Personal Strength Training & Private Yoga Sessions if I renew?

We appreciate loyalty and dedication so as long as you renew before your last session is used you are locked in at the price you started with. If you have a break between your last session and renewing current pricing will apply.
